The Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 (RRO) requires that a Fire Risk Assessment is carried out and the relevant records made on all premises with five or more employees. The order states that’s its up to you to assign a Competent Person to complete the Fire Risk Assessment but do your staff really want that responsibility ?
